The Pioneer Woodlands

Set along EDSA and Pioneer Avenue, the nine-tower Pioneer Woodlands is Empire East's first-ever transit-oriented development. It connects directly to the MRT-3 Boni station along EDSA- a vantage point that brings virtually the entire metro at the resident's fingertips. The MRT-3 provides a fast, air-conditioned and traffic free ride above street level from North Avenue to Taft Avenue south of the metro.
At the Araneta Center in Cubao, it links up with the LRT-2, which joins the east and west sides of the metro from Santolan to Recto Avenue. The MRT-3 also connects with the LRT-1 on Taft Avenue to bring all key points between Monumento and Baclaran within easy reach.
From Pioneer Woodlands, everything from work to shopping to schools to leisure is accessible at warp speed. Topping the list are the business and shopping hubs of Ortigas and Makati; La Salle Greenhills, Poveda Learning Center, Lourdes School of Mandaluyong and University of Asia and the Pacific; and Valle Verde and Wack Wack country clubs.
A strategic location is by no mean's the project's sole wow factor. Nestled in its blue-and-yellow towers are deluxe executive studios and two-bedroom units whose amenities are as lavish as the views below.
The enclave, for all its urban charm, boasts a nature-rich retreat at the seventh-level podium deck. Here, homeowners can take in refreshing sights and sounds while strolling down landscaped pathways or reflecting in peaceful seating areas.
For more diversions, a play area at the first level of Towers 3 and 4 features a swimming pool, gym, playground and landscaped garden. Meanwhile, a two-story retail arcade at the ground level of Towers 1 and 2 hosts trendy boutiques, cafes and restaurants. And just steps away is Robinson's Pioneer, giving residents even more shopping options.
